Fed by the Raven

The Old Testament prophet Elijah was hiding in the desert from his captors when God miraculously sent a raven to feed him. As an idiom it means fortunate times after a period torment, suffering and financial deprivation.

Example: When will I be fed by the Raven?

There will come a day when I will be fed by the raven.
